How many days of recording will be stored?
Retention is calculated from camera count, resolution, bitrate, and disk capacity.
Can I view cameras from my phone?
Yes. We configure secure remote access and the compatible mobile application.
Can you repair an existing CCTV system?
Yes. We diagnose cabling, connectors, power, PoE, cameras, recorders, and network issues.
What determines CCTV installation cost?
Cost depends on camera count, resolution, cable length, NVR/DVR, storage size, UPS and installation complexity. A precise quote is prepared for the site requirements.
Will cameras record if the internet goes down?
If cameras and the recorder work on the local network and have power, recording continues without internet. Internet is mainly required for remote viewing.
