Which electric lock do I need?
The lock is selected according to the door or gate type, opening direction, security, and power requirements.
Will it work during a power outage?
With backup power, the system can continue operating for a calculated period.
Can intercom calls be received on a phone?
With a compatible IP video intercom, calls and door opening can be handled in the mobile app.
How will the door work during a power outage?
It depends on lock type and security requirements. Fail-safe/fail-secure behavior must be selected correctly and UPS/battery backup added when required.
Can I open the door from my phone?
With a compatible IP intercom and network, the app can receive calls, show video and open the door. Capabilities depend on the selected equipment.
